The Drive Results with Talent Workshop is for anyone that is in a leadership role, an HR professional, in charge of integrating the Predictive Index internally in your organization or is looking for additional leadership development skills. 

By the end of this workshop, you'll be able to:

• Identify how your organization can utilize talent data insights to understand what drives your employees.
• Understand and leverage the four forces that increase employee engagement and how to protect against them.
• Apply PI’s data-driven hiring approach to build high-performing teams and enhance collaboration.

• Five 2-hour online sessions, including digital learning, live presentations, and digital assignments, to create an immersive, robust learning experience.
• Each session is led by management consultants from The 110 Group, who are experts in the talent optimization discipline.
• Sessions run from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. EST. including 30-45 minutes of daily homework assignments for the first four days to reinforce learning.
